Your Top-Line report is an LTC Trend Tracker℠ publication that includes metrics and charts outlining the progress of individual communities on Quality Measures, the Quality Initiative, and other necessary data to help them achieve their desired goals. Distributed each quarter, the report also highlights member resources that may help providers. The Top-Line report is accessible through your Trend Tracker account.
