Life Safety Compliance Boot Camp for Nursing Facilities
December 2-3, 2026, In-person in Albuquerque at Isleta Resort and CasinoÂ
CMS adopted the 2012 Life Safety and Healthcare Facilities Code, establishing new expectations for inspection, testing, and maintenance of various fire protection features found in long-term care facilities. Survey agencies have increasingly enforced these standards with greater scrutiny, resulting in a sharp rise in citations. The comprehensive nature of the updated codes has created a pressing need for facility leaders to gain a deeper understanding of their responsibilities—and how to meet them effectively.
Managing all of  the various requirements of the Life Safety Code and Health Care Facilities Code is an intricate process. That is why Kenneth Daily, LNHA, Life Safety expert, has created this program that will provide you and your team with the information and resources you need to manage your facility’s life safety program. This course ensures you have the necessary information and resources to successfully manage programs as standards change.
