To access the recorded session, please click on one of the number links below the title of the session you want to attend. This will take you to our testing site where you will be able to complete the recorded program. The video MUST play all the way through, and then, the evaluation will appear. After you complete the questions, you will be able to print your certificate.

If your facility has not registered, you will receive an invoice for the appropriate registration cost.

Troubleshooting suggestions:

1. If you click on a link that's already been used, please try a new number. 
2. Write down the number, so you can return to the same session should you need to leave for any reason. The video will save your place. Simply visit www.testing.nmhca.org and instead of logging in, use the 'Enter Test Number' box. You do not need a user name and password.  Entering with a new number will require you to start from the beginning.
3. If you complete a video and the evaluation fails to appear, it may be because of the permissions of the internet at your facility. If possible, please attempt to complete the programs at another location; otherwise, email talter@nmhca.org.
4. If you forget to print your certificate, you may visit www.testing.nmhca.org and instead of logging in, use the 'Enter Test Number' box and click 'Take Test'. It will require you to verify you're you, and then allow you to print. You do not need a user name and password.

Once the on-demand education closes, you will receive a complete list of your on-demand sessions with links. Please keep this for your records and for future access to your certificate as it will be the only documentation you receive.
