NMHCA On-line Testing
NMHCA is excited to roll out the new on-line testing application for
Assisting with Medications...The Right Way and Passenger
Assistance Training Modules 1-3.
Facilities that are currently eligible to use either of these programs
should register on the testing site. Registration is easy and you can
begin using the site immediately! Click on the link below to Register.
Under the section that asks you to enter your user name and password you
will see a link that says, "Don’t have a log in name or password?
Click
Here to Register." Fill out the form and choose a user name and
password. Please note that you will need access to your email as after submitting your registration
information, you will receive an email asking you to verify your registration.
CHECK YOUR SPAM AND JUNK MAIL BOXES! A lot of time these
confirmation emails end up in one of these mail boxes. Once you open the
email, simply click on the link to confirm your registration and you will be ready to begin.
Now that you have registered, return to the log in screen and log into your account. To begin using the
on-line testing you will need "control numbers" for the appropriate
test. To obtain the necessary control numbers, please follow the
instructions below.
On the top of the page you should see a link that says
"request tests."
Click here and indicate the number of each
test you would like purchase.
Click on the request test button.
To pay with cash or check - click confirm.
Send your payment to NMHCA
Once your payment has been received, testing
control numbers will be issued to your account. Please note that
only members in good standing can be invoiced.
To pay with a credit card - click confirm and
pay.
You will be directed to PayPal to enter your
credit card information.
Once your payment is received, testing
control numbers will issued to your account.
Typically these requests will be processed immediately upon receipt of
payment, however, there will be instances where staff is not available
to verify payment. Please allow 48 hours for your testing control
numbers to be posted to your account. Facilities that have unused
assisting with medications tests can trade those tests for control
numbers. Simply register, log-in and request that number of tests. After
you request the numbers, notify NMHCA via email at ysisneros@nmhca.org
of the test numbers you have not used. NMHCA will verify these numbers
and will issue control numbers. Please note you MUST go on-line to
generate a request.
Once your testing control numbers are issued, you can begin having your
staff test. As soon as the testing is compete, you can generate a
certificate.
Please note that by logging into this program you are certifying that
you have completed the training program as directed by NMHCA and that
you certify that the individual identified as the tester, will be taking
the exam and will do so without assistance from any outside source,
person or otherwise.
